1. Click on the Westlaw link in the "Library Resources" tab of this guide
2. Click on the State Materials tab
3. Click on Statutes and Court Rules
4. Click on the Kentucky Statute Popular Name Table under Tools & Resources
5. A listing of the Kentucky statutes by their Popular Name appears
6. Scroll down to view a listing of laws. For instance, the Older Americans Act
7. Click on the the Kentucky statute number next to the name
8. The statute appears, scroll down to the bottom and you will see CREDITS: History. This is a chronological history of law from the original enactment and following amendments
9. Click on the History tab at the top and a listing of the discussions from the Kentucky House and Senate through the Legislative Record
10. VOTE RECORDS will show who voted and whether it was a yea or nay vote
11. The Context & Analysis tab will show the Kentucky Administrative Regulations, KAR, associated with the law
