Affordable Learning Kentucky (KY) will host a free virtual symposium Monday, March 4, from 10:00am to 4:15pm (EST), for faculty, instructional designers, and librarians to learn more about this high-impact pedagogical practice. The Open Education Week event, co-chaired by EKU Librarian Kelly Smith and featuring a presentation by EKU School of Music faculty member Curtis Streetman, will provide an in-depth look at trending topics in open education including open pedagogy, social justice, AI, and accessibility. Even if you can't make it to all the sessions, you can register for the free Zoom summit and receive a link to the recordings after the event.

Join Affordable Learning Kentucky for a hands-on session in which we learn about accessibility features crucial to OER development. We'll explore an accessibility-focused design template and use it to co-create a collaborative OER.
