EKU Libraries provides a tool that enables quick, seamless access to journal articles from off campus. LibKey Nomad is a browser extension that integrates with publisher websites and sites like PubMed or Wikipedia. There's no need to create an account, the extension never asks for or stores institutional access credentials, and the extension only runs scripts on trusted partner websites.
After installing LibKey Nomad, you can go to virtually any website that has journal article references and get access to them or see options for requesting them from the library via Library Express. In other words, you don’t have to start your search at the library website or in a specific library database to be able to access library resources - you can get to them directly from an open web search with LibKey Nomad.
Note how you can get full text to library subscribed articles directly from the Wikpedia Citations list!
LibKey Nomad also integrates with PubMed:
And Libkey Nomad allows you to bypass paywalls on journal sites like Taylor & Francis…
