What Do They Do?

The Main Circulation Desk on the Second Floor of Crabbe Library serves as the main point of contact for patrons.  Here patrons can check out and return books and other materials, get directions, and get help finding books and other resources.  Main Circ also helps with technology problems, provides fax services, distribute Library Express materials, and handle course reserve materials.

  • Graphing calculators
  • Headphones 
  • Hammocks
  • Anatomy models
  • Music keyboards 

Special Collections and Archives houses unique historical materials related to Kentucky and EKU histories.  They also house genealogical and other historical records as well as manuscripts and University records.  Materials cannot be removed from Archives, but patrons can view them and in some cases scan or make a photocopy of the material.  

The Library Express office is located on the third floor of Crabbe Library.  Click the link below for more information.  If patrons have requested a book through Library Express, they will need to get these from Main Circ.

The Noel Studio is located inside the Crabbe Library on the second and third floors.

The Student Success Center is located on the first floor of Crabbe Library.  

The Business Library, formally the Dean Robert B. Rogow, C.P.A., Ph.D., and Carol Doak Rogow Business Library, is located on the second floor of the Business and Technology Complex.

El Centro is located on the 1st floor of the Library in Library 103A. Their services include tutoring, mentoring, and study spaces. Additionally, they host cultural, professional, social, and academic events.
