The office of Bratzke Student-Athlete Academic Success Center offers a variety of support services including mentoring, tutoring, study hall and academic advising to help assist the more than 300 EKU student-athletes reach their full academic potential. The over 3,000 square foot Bratzke Center has grown over the years to include a tutoring center, 34 station computer lab, academic advising office suite, as well as a classroom. A staff of academic advisors, tutors, and mentors work one on one with student-athletes to provide them support in their transition from high school to college and throughout their careers at EKU.

El Centro offers bilingual tutoring and mentoring for students interested in multilingual and multicultural community building and scholarship. Tutoring is offered in a variety of languages including Spanish, German, Japanese, etc. Additionally, El Centro also offers tutoring in subject areas such as social work, public health, sciences, anthropology, sociology, etc. El Centro offers four (4) group study rooms, a basement level, and a decompression room. Additionally, El Centro also houses a “Pequeña Biblioteca Latinx” (Small Latinx Library) on the first floor of the building. This space is used as a group study room; however, students are welcome to check-out Spanish books from the small library for leisure reading.

Work alone, in small groups, or with a trained Noel Studio consultant in an interactive, high-energy environment; print materials and adjust multiple high-tech and low-tech spaces to accommodate diverse learning styles, communication projects, and collaborative groups; and move furniture to create your own ideal environment for designing effective communication.

The Student Success Center is designed to serve as a one-stop-shop where students can get assistance with an array of areas like course work, financial aid, study skills, choosing a major, course registration, stress management, and much more.
