EKU Libraries allows current EKU Faculty, Staff, and Registered Student Organizations to reserve and use library spaces when not in use by EKU Libraries.
- I accept full responsibility for any damage to facilities or equipment.
- I agree not to use the space for fundraising, direct sales, or solicitation.
- Public Performance Rights must be obtained by you if showing a film or recording to anyone outside the class roster.
- Please return the room to its original set-up, clean, and undamaged upon departure. See room signage for set-up.
- EKU Libraries is not responsible for the security of any items used during your reservation.
- EKU Libraries reserves the right to cancel a reservation and use of a room at any time.
- The Library’s and University’s Administration reserve the right to reserve library spaces with priority over other reservations.
- The needs of the EKU Libraries take precedence over non-library use of rooms.
- EKU Libraries reserves the right to refuse the reservation of rooms at any time, based on criteria outlined in the University’s Student Code of Conduct, University Policies, Faculty Handbook, Staff Handbook, or library policies.
- Submitting inaccurate or misleading information will result in the immediate cancellation of the current booking and the suspension of your reservation privileges. The length of this suspension will be determined on a case by case basis, taking into account the extent of the falsification.
